How to Submit Testimonies for State Bills
Step 1: Register
If you are new to submitting testimonies, follow the instructions below. The first step is to register for the State of Hawai‘i Legislature website. This will provide you with much access, including the ability to submit testimonies.
• Go to https://www.capitol.hawaii.gov/account/login.aspx
• Click [Register]
• Follow the prompts
• Click Submit
